    • Pelvic floor rehab involves internal and external physical assessment of the entire pelvic area. Treatments typically involve internal and external muscle release techniques and strengthening. You will  will be fully draped during the internal assessment and treatment. Treatment may involve a combination of exercises, manual therapy techniques, biofeedback, education, and behavioral strategies tailored to your specific needs and goals.
  • Is pelvic floor rehab covered by insurance?
    • Most insurance plans cover pelvic floor rehab as a medically necessary treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction. However, we do not currently process insurance claims. We can provide the information you need, called a “super bill”, to file a claim with your insurance.
